Fold3 - Terrible service

I have been a member of Fold 3 for years and pay by annual subscription. The detail is fantastic and is very valuable.

I found my family members who emigrated to New York which is brilliant A red bar came up on the web page saying my browser was too old. They also say I have to upgrade my browser. I am on Windows 7 with the latest Internet Explorer which is version 11 with the latest patches. It blacked the icons behind it for download and print.

They told me to click the X on right corner of bar. Did not work. They are pushing Chrome Edge Firefox.

No replies to my emails. I have been on hundreds of sites and none do this
